Vinay explained in the interview that they were on the lookout for a new actress when Salman Khan’s sister, Arpita, mentioned a beautiful girl from her college. He said, "So, we met with her and she suited our character."

Directors Address Resemblance to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

During the same conversation, Sapru clarified that their decision to cast Sneha opposite Salman was never influenced by her resemblance to Aishwarya. Radhika added that while they occasionally noticed a slight resemblance during the shoot, it was not considered significant. However, once the film’s promotional campaign began and the media highlighted the similarity, they realized that the resemblance was minor and not a major aspect of their casting choice.
