Realty developer Trinity has awarded a Rs 510 crore construction contract to BL Kashyap and Sons Ltd for its upcoming luxury residential project in Gurugram, the company said in a statement on Sunday.
The project, named Sky Palazzo Residences , will be developed in Sector 88B, Gurugram.
Vineet Kashyap, Managing Director of BL Kashyap and Sons Ltd, expressed his enthusiasm about the project stating “We are pleased to announce the addition of this significant order to our growing portfolio. With this Rs 5.10 billion project for Sky Palazzo Residences, our order book reflects strong momentum and a healthy pipeline. Last month, Trinity announced that it would invest Rs 1,200 crore in the development of this high-end residential project. The first phase of the development will include 345 apartments.
According to data from PropEquity, housing sales in the Delhi-NCR region increased by 10 per cent, rising to 11,221 units in January–March 2025 from 10,235 units during the same period last year.
