There are several returning series this week with Shrinking, The Lincoln Lawyer, Jurassic Park: Chaos Theory, and Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives. Amongst the new entries is the British series Rivals, on Disney+ Hotstar from October 18. Set in the 1980s, the show is based on the soapy novel by Jilly Cooper. Starring David Tennant, Aidan Turner, and Danny Dyer, Rivals revolves around the feud between Rupert Cambell-Black (Alex Hassell) and Tony Baddingham (Tennant) for the Corinium television station. Meanwhile, Twilight star Anna Kendrick makes her directorial debut with the Netflix crime thriller Woman of the Hour. Kendrick stars as an aspiring actress who meets a serial killer on a dating show. Reeta Sanyal on Disney+ Hotstar Cast: Adah Sharma, Rahul Dev, Ankur Rathee, Manik Papneja Release date: October 14 About the series: The daily series features Adah Sharma as a lawyer who also moonlights a detective. She takes on a complex case of a woman on death row, and with the help of her associate Ishan (Manik Papneja) and police officer Jai (Ankur Rathee), she must uncover a larger conspiracy. Based on Amit Khan's novel series, the pulpy drama seems intriguing.READ REVIEW: Shrinking Season 2 on Apple TV+ Cast: Jason Segel, Harrison Ford, Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Brett Goldstein. Release date: October 16 About the series: The second season of the Apple TV+ comedy from the makers of Ted Lasso is just as humorous and heartfelt as the previous one. The therapists at the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Center in California may be just as damaged up as their patients. Luckily, Jimmy (Segel) can rely on his friends and community to make it out of his post-depression era. Emmy winner Brett Goldstein also joins the series as a character who will shake up the dynamics of the group.

The Netflix legal drama is back with 10 new episodes and will be based on Michael Connelly's The Gods of Guilt, the fifth book in The Lincoln Lawyer series. This time, the streamer is not splitting up the season in two so viewers can experience Haller's latest mystery without having to wait for another month for it.
Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives on Netflix Cast: Maheep Kapoor, Seema Kiran Sajdeh, Bhavana Pandey, Neelam Kothari Soni Release date: October 18 About the reality series: In its third season, your favourite guilty pleasure and reality show adds some news faces from Delhi. Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Shalini Passi, and Kalyani Saha Chawla join the show, promising a showdown between the nation's capital and Bollywood. The reality stars will also be making an appearance on The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 2 on October 19.
Paris Has Fallen on Lionsgate Play Cast: Ritu Arya, Tewfik Jallab, Sean Harris Release date: October 18 About the series: A French protection officer Vincent (Tewfik Jallab) teams up with a MI-6 agent Zara (Ritu Taylor) to uncover a political conspiracy. The duo must stop a terrorist group led by Jacob Pearce (Sean Harris), who wants his revenge from those who wronged him. Like the Has Fallen films that preceded this TV series, the action drama brings the thrills as Pearce's well-plotted scheme leaves no politician unscathed.
