The round trip that costs from 7,440 euros (£6,361) per passenger, lasts for three days and two nights.
The company describes the trip as a "a grand expedition" that unveils "the marvels and mysteries" of the three cities passengers get to visit. The journey departs from Rome Ostiense in the morning before arriving in Venice in the evening and giving people on board the chance to explore the city's "historic charm".
The next day passengers are whisked off to the beautiful city of Siena in Tuscany, where visitors can explore the the incredible medieval architecture and soak up the Tuscan culture, before reboarding La Dolce Vita Orient Express and making their way back to Rome.
The experience includes a three-Michelin-starred dinner on the first two days and a "sumptuous" breakfast in the morning of the final day. There is also live music and entertainment throughout the evenings.

Upon arriving in Tuscany, she enjoyed some wine tasting and dinner at a historic and then hit a bar for some live music. The following morning, she was served breakfast in her suit where she could take in the views of the Meditteranean. Laura opted to only do one night on board rather than two.
