BBC News halts for breaking news announcement as Fiona Bruce issues statement

Beloved broadcaster Fiona Bruce was forced to halt her usual schedule on BBC News at 10 as she issued some new breaking news about India's latest attacks on Pakistan. She told viewers: "News is just coming in. India has said it has launched an attack on nine sites in Pakistan and Pakistan administered Kashmir.

"Pakistan has now said it is retaliating. These are - I will just remind you - two nuclear-powered states."
