How to control diabetes

Sugar control with yoga
According to Baba Ramdev, regular yoga practice is very effective in controlling blood sugar level. For this, do Kapalabhati Pranayama for 10–15 minutes daily, Anulom-Vilom Pranayama for 15–20 minutes daily. Yoga improves digestion, reduces stress and increases insulin efficiency.
Fenugreek seeds and jamun kernel powder
Soak 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Consume it with water on an empty stomach in the morning. Apart from this, take 1/2 teaspoon jamun seed powder with water twice a day.
Bitter gourd juice and gurmar
Drinking 50–100 ml bitter gourd juice every morning on an empty stomach reduces blood sugar. Apart from this, you can also use another Ayurvedic herb, Gurmar. It is available in the form of powder or tablet.
Neem and Bel Patra
The juice of neem and vine leaves helps in controlling sugar. You can take one teaspoon of juice on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. Apart from this, taking Triphala powder with warm water before sleeping at night keeps the sugar under control.

Amla Juice
You can take 20 ml of Amla juice + Aloe vera juice every morning and evening. Apart from this, you can take 10–15 ml of Giloy juice every morning. Take these medicines only after consulting a doctor or Ayurvedic practitioner.
Keep these things in mind
Do not eat too much fried food and sweets. Avoid white rice, refined flour, and sugar. Eat more sprouted grains, oatmeal, vegetables, and salads. Eat small meals 3–4 times a day.
