Fans have been left worried after Clive Owen was spotted on crutches in a sneak peek of the upcoming show Our Farm Next Door.

The charming series Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids makes its anticipated return to our screens tonight, documenting the family's adventures as they take on new renovations.

Concerns for Clive's well-being surfaced following an clip that reveals his struggle with a recent hip operation.

It showed Clive giving his sons instructions for managing the farm during his recovery. Clive's sense of humour remained intact as he quipped, "I have definitely been a horrible patient because I am impatient."

He praised his sons, stating, "I couldn't have managed without these lads to do what needed doing. So yeah, they have done very well," reports .

Mulling over the changes, he reflected, "It means from now on they needn't hand the reins back to me, they can just carry on."

Clive even made light of his situation, suggesting, "I could find myself redundant," before playfully enquiring about his son's thoughts: "What do you think, Miley?

"That is what family farms are all about, everybody has to help," he added.
