More details
In a 51-second clip, the woman, dressed in a pink salwar kameez, was seen stopping vehicles, standing in front of them, and at one point, also attempting to get into an approaching e-rickshaw before stepping out on her own. She jumped into an auto driver's seat briefly after stopping a few cars on the roadway.
Her actions led to a brief congestion as vehicles piled one behind another. Locals, mostly men, looked on and filmed the incident from the roadside. Despite the commotion, no one visibly intervened to bring the situation under control.
Traffic police officer arrives
A few minutes later, a traffic constable (appearing to be male) arrived at the spot on a two-wheeler. She tried chasing his vehicle.
