Mumbai: The Oshiwara police busted an international drug smuggling racket and arrested two Indonesian nationals for allegedly trying to sell 21 kilos and 552 grams of hydro ganja worth ₹21.55 crore. The police raided a hotel in Jogeshwari West and seized all the ganja on Friday.
Assistant Police Inspector Vikas Kadam of the Crime Branch of Oshiwara Police received information that two foreign nationals had come to a hotel in Jogeshwari West to sell drugs. After verifying this information, the police raided a Hotel.
Two Indonesian nationals staying at the hotel were found in possession of 21 kilos and 552 grams of hydro ganja. The value of the drug in the international market is ₹21.55 crore. The two Indonesian nationals, Budi Veeyan, 44, and Rahamad Hidayat, 39, have been arrested in this case.
