With over 30 reviews giving them a 4.9-star rating, it's appears that M&S has hit the nail on the head with these shoes, reports Birmingham Live. Fashion savvy customers are raving about them and it's easy to see why.

One shopper shared: "Really comfortable a great quality boots. I bought them for work but I wear them all the time now! " Meanwhile, another praised: "Gorgeously soft leather, great fit and lovely quality. Perfect for walking around for hours and without the price tag that comes from other brands"

A third chimed in with high praise too: "Can dress them up or down. I got the ivory colour ones, look great with many wardrobe looks. Strong but soft leather, not too narrow and super comfortable. Highly recommended for a variety of looks."

However despite saying these are a size 5 (which I take in M&S footwear) and the 5 label on both, I couldn't get my right foot into the boot! (and I tried several times on different days) Seriously, so I am having a trip to M&S this morning to return."
